Who runs the business
Alex Bartsch owns and runs Eco Wash Window Cleaning, and has been running the business since 2015.
Over that time the work has grown from window cleaning into the rest of the outside of the house, with conservatory, solar panel, gutter, and soffit and fascia cleaning offered to window cleaning customers.
The approach is simple: agree a day, turn up as arranged, clean properly, and be straight about anything that cannot be reached safely or needs more than a clean.
How the work is done
Exterior windows are cleaned with a water-fed pole system. Purified water is pumped up a pole to a brush head, which loosens the dirt and rinses the glass. There are no chemicals involved, the finish is streak-free, and the poles reach upper floors from the ground, so there are no ladders on most jobs.
Conservatory cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and soffit and fascia cleaning are offered as add-ons to a window clean, so more of the outside of the house can be dealt with in one visit.
