The boards are washed from the ground with the same water-fed pole and soft brush used on the windows, rinsed with purified water and no harsh chemicals.
Why the boards look tired
Fascia and soffit face the weather all year, and the shade under the roofline holds damp, dust and green growth. Painted and capped boards show streaks badly, which is why a grubby roofline stands out even when the rest of the house is tidy.
Cleaning lifts the build-up from the boards and makes the front of the house look cared for again. It also removes the green film that holds moisture against the boards.
Cleaning is not a repair
Cleaning removes dirt and growth. It does not repair a board that has gone soft, split or come away from the wall. If you can already see damage from the ground, mention it when you ask for a quote.
Eco Wash Window Cleaning cleans soffits and fascias but does not repair, replace or paint them. If a board looks damaged during the visit, you will be told and sent a photo so you can get it looked at.

Tell us about anything that affects reach: a conservatory, a porch, a garage roof, mature shrubs against the wall or a side passage that is tight to get through. Mention it when you book so it can be allowed for.

Soffits and fascia can be cleaned with the windows, and with gutter clearing while we are at the property. If the gutter run is full, it makes sense to deal with both in one visit.
